- Each vendor is responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy booth space.
- Electricity is not provided unless pre-approved.
- No sale of culturally insensitive or prohibited items.
- Vendors are responsible for their own cash/payment systems.
- All vendor fees (if applicable) must be paid prior to the event date.
- Event is indoor rain or shine.
- Free parking is available on site.
- Vendors are responsible for their own vendor insurance.
